Our orders are usually shipped the same day or at least within 24 hours.
We use USPS to ship our orders and there are several options for you to choose.  Our default method is USPS Ground Advantage because it is reliable, not as expensive as some other choices and is usually delivered anywhere within the continental USA within 5 days.

As far as cancellations, if you contact us, by any of the options on our Contact Us page, before we ship your order and ask us to cancel your order, we will do so and credit your payment method the full amount.  If it has already shipped you must return the product to kANDERSON ENTERPRISES before we will refund your payment. We will refund your payment in full but you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
