Our Switch Wizard tester is guaranteed to help you fix your 3-way and 4-way switch wiring or you are eligible for a full refund.You must return the Switch Wizard “IN WORKING ORDER” to kANDERSON ENTERPRISES before the refund will be issued. Damaged testers are not eligible for return or refund.

You must contact kANDERSON ENTERPRISES via any of the methods on our Contact Us page to receive approval for the return .  In any case you must provide us a way to contact you. Usually we will get back to you within 1 day.
In most cases we send you a postage paid return label, In the few other cases we include your return shipping cost ( for the same USPS method we used to ship it to you ) in the amount we refund you. Refunds are applied to the same account you used for the purchase.

All Switch Wizards are tested before shipping, include a fresh battery and have a cover over the on switch so we are sure you will receive a working tester. It is very durable and not really susceptible to any shipping damage.
